Hello I’m Sabrina! I am 26 years old, I am married with one child. I grew up in Utah County.

It's little surprise to those who know both myself & my mother, who is a midwife, that I would follow her into the birthworld since I would love to hear other's birth stories & have had a basic birth plan since I was a young child. Also having a homebirth myself led me to having deep passion to want to inspire & support other woman in their knowledge that they could have an easy natural birth as well.

Before graduating High School I met several people who become teachers who helped lead me down the path learning about energy work. Until then I had always thought were my Hispanic heritage’s eccentricities, I slowly came to find out that my passion lies with Generational Healing.

Since finding out about energy work, I Have become an ICRT Reiki master.

     Reiki is the movement of dark and light energy, by removing the disharmonious energy and replacing it with light wholesome energy.

I am also a Foot Zone Practitioner, which means, I can observe the foot and interpret the “messages” it conveys through discoloration, texture and tenderness. 

    I can help people work on their physical body, emotions, aura, chakras, and mental health to achieve the ultimate birthing experience.
